The short version

PokeBeach says it can “exclusively reveal” a Pokemon TCG Valentine’s Box, due January 27 (presumably 2027). Think Halloween Trick or Trade, but with more roses and fewer fun-size candy bars. This is a single-outlet report, so treat details as reported, not confirmed. As of October 2, Pokémon hadn’t announced it, and other coverage (Dexerto, X news accounts) cites PokeBeach.

What’s reported

Per PokeBeach (posted Oct 1, 2026):

  • Release date: January 27
  • 20 “Valentine’s Day” mini booster packs per box
  • 3 cards per mini pack
  • 5 sticker sheets
  • Packaging that can convert into a mailbox, presumably for collecting valentines
  • No product images revealed yet

That’s 60 cards per box if the numbers hold. Math checked by a person who definitely did not use his fingers.

The Trick or Trade comparison

PokeBeach points to the Halloween sets as the likely template.

The outlet’s description of those:

Trick or Trade (per PokeBeach)Valentine’s Box (per PokeBeach)

Packs soldBundles of 35 to 5020 per box
Card pool30 themed cards (Gengar, Mimikyu), Pikachu pumpkin stampUnknown. Possibly love-themed reprints with a special stamp
ExtrasNone mentioned5 sticker sheets, mailbox packaging

The Halloween packs were meant for trick-or-treaters. These look built for classroom swaps, or for gifting like a box of chocolates. Cheaper than the chocolates, and nobody’s allergic to Pikachu.

What we don’t know yet

  • Price
  • Card list, and whether any card is exclusive
  • Whether there is a stamp or chase card
  • Retail availability beyond the January 27 date
